About Me

I am currently a Researcher at UiT – The Arctic University of Norway and a Visiting Researcher at Royal Holloway University of London working on tectonostratigraphy, basin analysis and numerical modelling of the Barents Sea, Norwegian Arctic.

“From the Tropics to the Arctic”
Originaly from Jakarta, Indonesia, I finished my undergrad from Institute Technology Bandung in 2010 and received my master degree from University of Bergen, Norway in 2013. I worked as an exploration geologist for an oil company in Bergen after graduation. Since 2015 i have been living my exciting adventure in northern Norway. My lovely wife and I are blessed with the birth of our baby boy Alvar, whose name is after one of the professors from my PhD defense 🙂
